Tariffs

April 2008 through to April 2009

$370.00 per person per night, double occupancy

$520.00 per person per night, single occupancy

$225.00 per person, third person sharing room

Tariffs include your luxury accommodation, full breakfast, pre-dinner canapés and three course evening meal. Rates are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. All tariffs are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include 12.5% Goods and Service Tax.

Approximate exchange rate:

	US1 = NZ1.32
	GBP1 = NZ2.61
	Euro1= NZ2.07

Rates are valid as at April 2005 and may be subject to change at time of booking.

Your daily rate includes accommodation, full breakfast, airport transfers, snorkelling and fishing gear. Charges are applicable for phone, fax and Internet, table and cellared wines and excursions and activities run by outside operators on the island (e.g. horse riding).

The Lodge offers self drive rental cars at NZ$75 per day. www.medlandsrentals.co.nz

Booking Procedure

We ask for a 25% deposit or a current credit card number with expiry date to secure a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation the following applies:

25% of the total cost will be charged if a booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival. Should cancellation be made within 7 days, there will be a 100% surcharge for the room nights cancelled. We strongly advise guests to have travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.

We regret that pets and children under 14 are disallowed.
